Privacy policy
Live Oak Web — a DivX, LLC company — collects only what's needed to build your mockup and run this site. This page covers exactly what happens to your information, in plain language. Effective August 4, 2026. If anything here is unclear, email hello@liveoakweb.com and we'll clarify it.
What we collect
The only information we collect is what you give us in the free-mockup form: your business name, your name, your email, your current website (if you have one), the plan you're interested in, and anything you tell us about your business. A phone number, optional, if you choose to leave one. That's the entire list — we don't collect anything else about you.
Where it goes
Form submissions are relayed by email to hello@liveoakweb.com and stored there, in Gmail, like any other email we receive. We don't keep a separate database of your information — the email is the only copy.
How we use it
We use what you send us to build your free mockup and follow up about it. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the infrastructure providers who run our systems on our behalf, like Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Site analytics
We track how this site is used with Umami, an analytics tool we run ourselves on our own server — not a third-party service, and not something that follows you to other sites. It doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't store your IP address; your IP is used for a moment to work out your general country and region, then it's discarded. There are no ad trackers anywhere on this site.
Server logs
Like any website, ours keeps standard server logs — the kind that record request times and response codes, used for security and to understand overall traffic. Amazon CloudFront, our hosting network, keeps these for 90 days and then deletes them.
Why there's no cookie banner
There isn't one because we don't use any cookies that require your consent — no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, nothing to opt into or out of. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.
Your choices
Email hello@liveoakweb.com anytime with questions about your information, or to ask us to delete what we have. We'll take care of it.
